Check the product page of the product you purchased to see its shipping time. We usually take 1 to 2 hours to prepare your order, but it may take longer depending on the product. Please note that if you order after 10:00 PM (UTC -5:00), we will prepare your order the next morning.

Is my payment secure?

All payment gateways used on perfecttr.cfd are from leading authorized payment processing providers. Your money is safe with any purchase you make. See more information on the Terms and Conditions pages of  Paypal and Payoneer.

Can I return a product?

Sales are final. Not all products accept returns, check the product page to find out about warranties and returns.

Do I have warranty on my purchase?

All products listed on Perfecttr are covered by warranty.

 

Can I use coupons more than once?

Coupons can only be used once per user, unless otherwise specified.

What does "Order Status - PROCESSING" mean?

PROCESSING – We are preparing the order. To check the preparation time of the order, check it on the page of the purchased product.

What does "Order Status - ON HOLD" mean?

ON HOLD – We have not received the payment yet. We will start preparing the order when the payment is successfully approved by the gateway used to make the purchase (Example: Paypal, Binance).

What does "Order Status - CANCELLED" mean?

CANCELLED – The order has been cancelled because the time for payment has expired or the buyer has abandoned the purchase process.

What does "Order Status - COMPLETED" mean?

COMPLETED – We have shipped the order, check your email for further updates.

What does "Order Status - REFUNDED" mean?

REFUNDED – We have had to refund payment due to out of stock or a problem with the order.

The estimated delivery time has passed and I have not received the product.

Make sure you have purchased within our business hours: 8:00 AM – 10:00 PM (UTC -5) London time.

If you bought outside our business hours (for example in the early morning), then the shipping time will be longer, we will start preparing the order the next day.

In some extraordinary cases, we may take longer than estimated to ship an order. However, it will never take more than 12 hours. It is important to keep in mind the store’s business hours. We sleep too!

I can't find the email in my inbox

Some email services often make mistakes and move emails from the inbox to the Spam section. If you don’t see the order confirmation in your inbox, check your spam.

I can't add more units to the cart

For safety regulations, some products can only be purchased individually, i.e. only 1 unit per order or per customer.

I made a wrong purchase, can I get a refund?

Perfecttr does not offer refunds for:

  • Orders placed “in error”.
    Buyer made a wrong purchase.
    Buyer suddenly got cold feet.
  • The buyer did not inform theirself about the product before purchasing.
  • Cases where the problem is not on our side.

Returns only apply when the product has a problem or is not consistent with the product description.

How do I leave feedback?

You can leave a rating of your purchase in the “Reviews” section of the product page you purchased.

Can I try a product before I buy it?

Unfortunately, there is no grace period, free trial or demo. Products can only be used once purchased.
